Developing a “Can Learn” Culture

PROJECT TITLE

Kings Fund Programme and Project Evaluation

DESCRIPTION

The evaluation will focus on

  • Specific changes related to individual project interventions;
  • Conditions that were present which enabled success;
  • Relationships and the development of shared meaning around things like success;
  • Whole-systems change and assessment of the added value of changes for the TPCT as a whole;
  • Future learning and future activity.
  • PRIORITY

    Information generation, analysis and evalution will be through:

  • Individual interviews with key players (commenced early December 2005);
  • Cross-sector workshops (in January and February 2006);
  • Analysis of existing workforce data within NW London to capture changes to the workforce profile.

      Know your Teaching PCT

      DESCRIPTION

      This project uses a range of communication methods to provide information about the Teaching PCT, and to develop debates around its central concerns.

      PRIORITY

      Promote a wider understanding among staff of the work of the Teaching PCT collaboration.

      WHERE ARE WE?

    • Good practice conference in Sept 2005; sector wide launch conference in March 2004;
    • Website established with links to all PCT websites;
    • Articles in staff newsletters;
    • Poster displays;
    • PEC presentations in 7 out of 8 PCTs.
